We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader for a prestigious company, based at Manchester Airport. Exemplary standards setting leaders wanted. Ensure your staff are following correct procedures and complying with policies of the company and Manchester Airport. You MUST have experience of managing a team before and a Full UK driving licence. You will be inspecting areas of interest such as; Estates areas such a car parks, forecourts and areas outside of the actual terminals. Ensuring staff are properly trained, performing well and cleaning to the highest quality of cleanliness possible. A high level of customer service and ability to work with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, cultures etc. Hours are; day shift (early start) 12 hours, 4 on, 4 off. Weekend work and bank holidays will be included. Main duties Manage your time effectively. Co-operate with requests from client and line managers, providing assistance when necessary. Attend appropriate training sessions. Wear designated uniform Ensure all employees comply with the site and regulations and maintain a smart appearance including the wearing of full uniform. Supervision of your team Instruct all staff to requirements of the company and client. Regularly review the operational achievements of the staff and their designated working practice. On-going monitoring and review of quality of service provided. Maintain high team morale Job objectives and responsibilities To supervise service delivery of FOH Operations during hours of duty Supervision of staff under their remit Maintain Standards to meet SLA and KPI responsibilities Prepare Reports and maintain web based reporting systems Maintain a safe working environment Providing a full and accurate 5 year check-able history is essential, provide a basic DBS (on completion of passing interview stages), have no criminal record or any unspent convictions, be willing to work assigned shifts covering a 24 hour operation, including weekends and bank holidays, be eligible to work in the UK, have valid photo ID, have proof of NI Number and proof of address.
