Supervisor Fixed-base Operations. Interesting and varied opportunity to take on this hands-on role with a successful global aviation services company. You will be taking on a key role, leading a team to deliver the highest standards of operations and customer service. You will be a well presented individual, with excellent communication and management skills, and fully able to take on the physical demands of this role. You will be confident in leading a team of FBO staff, ensuring staffing levels are adequate, standards and regulations are adhered to and that all activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety. The role demands that candidates that are fully competent with aircraft refuelling practices. Activities includes: * Overseeing and conduct of all aircraft handling, cleaning and refuelling operations * Timely completion and recording of safety checks * Maintenance of documentation and admin tasks relating to customer requests, invoices etc. * Ensuring regulations regarding carriage of dangerous goods are adhered to. * Ensuring the apron is free of foreign objects * Coordination of towing activities * Coordination of all standard and ad-hoc aircraft and passenger handling activities * Ensuring an excellent customer experience of all activities conducted by all members of the FBO team.
