Our client is looking to recruit a Stores Supervisor, ideally with experience of working within in an Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing capacity. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and change management in your warehouse. Skills and Experience required: * A proven record of goods control, management and distribution * Able to demonstrate effective leadership, establish clear expectations, supporting employee engagement and motivation * Experience of driving a culture of root cause analysis to problem solving * A proven track record of achieving targets * A highly effective communicator with drive and enthusiasm * Able to demonstrate effective leadership, establish clear expectations, supporting employee engagement and motivation Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm. Salary negotiable dependent on experience with 23 days holidays.
