An excellent opportunity for candidates to join our long established client with an un-rivalled reputation in their field. Candidates suited to this role will have a methodical approach to their work and be used to following certain procedures and adhering to them. You will be working with high value stock items, so seeing goods into the post-room, unpacking and storing appropriately, updating onto the computer system as you go. You will also be required to send out information from the post-room again following the procedures that are in place and in the correct order. You will be required to place items into stock and also to pick orders from stock, using the in-house system to do so and to take part in stock takes as necessary. There will be warehouse duties as well, so forming approximately 20% of the role. You will be required to bring goods from the warehouse to other departments, so some element of manual handling, moving goods around from one location to another. This role is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.
