On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for x 5 Administrators to be based at their Bradford site. This is a Temporary role which should lead to a Permanent position upon the successful completion of 12 weeks.
This role focuses upon the inbound and outbound supply of product and services in line with the client's work schedule dates. The main duties of this role are the allocation of products using an in-house stock system in line with customer requirements, liaising with suppliers on a daily basis, raising and requesting orders and quotes, use and maintenance of in house spread sheets. In addition to this customer service skills, accurate reporting and spreadsheet management are key to this role.
Essential Requirements:
- Managing central email inbox
- Allocation of equipment requirements using in house system
- Data Accuracy
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Booking transport requirements
- Receipting purchase orders
- Upholding communication links within internal departments
- Communicating with external suppliers
- Ad Hoc tasks as required
