HRGO Education is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant/PE TA/Sports Coach based in, Romford. We are looking for someone to help support Special needs students aged from 5-16 years old. This role is a long-term supply role with the potential to become a permanent one. Monday-Friday 8:30 am-3:30 pm.

Successful candidates should have a passion for supporting students and have either of the following experience-

• Teaching Assistant
• Learning Support Assistant
• PE Teaching Assistant
• Sports Graduate
• Mentor for teenagers
• Supporting Young people
• Sports Coach

Your main duties/responsibilities as a learning support assistant role are the following-

The Teaching Assistant role:

• Supporting teachers with their learning objectives and classroom management.
• Working 1:1 and with small groups of pupils in the classroom.
• Supporting PE lessons as a Teaching Assistant
• Being a positive role model and establishing positive relationships with pupils and helping to develop their social skills.
• Working well with other members of the school staff to provide a stimulating learning environment.
• Organised, reliable, friendly, hard-working, and resilient with a good sense of humour.
• Enhanced DBS or one in progress (we can organise this for you)
