Sponsor Logistics Executive

Salary £30k

My client is an international global event organiser who are looking to recruit an ambitious candidate who excels in client care. You will be responsible for looking after the sponsors for a large trade show with 8,000 attendees. This event attracts visitors from all over the world and your job will be to manage the sponsors of the event. You will already have strong admin experience ideally gained in events industry and have a passion for live events.

Duties:

• Managing the onboarding for all sponsors, maintaining accurate and thorough sponsor records.
• Acting as a first point of contact for any sponsor queries in regard to either their bespoke sponsorship, or the wider event.
• Supporting the sales team and providing event/ venue specific information to assist with sales proposals.
• Management of sponsorship packages, from planning & budgeting to delivery. This will vary and could range from overseeing bespoke stand builds, to booking private dinners and coordinating branded merchandise.　
• Supporting the Event Logistics Manager with the delivery of the wider event, liaising with contractors, suppliers and venue as required.
