Soux Chef band 3
To prepare hot and cold meals for delivery to wards.
The hours for this post cover a 7 day shift pattern between 6.00am and 8.00pm.
The ideal candidate will have Chef Experience trained to NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds 7061/7062 however, we will also consider applications from those currently studying towards professional qualifications. C.I.E.H Food.
Hygiene level 2 is essential, Intermediate Food Hygiene and above will be an advantage. If you can demonstrate the relevant experience and have a 'can do' attitude then we want to hear from you. We make a real difference to our patients, staff and visitors and are looking for someone warm and positive, with experience of working within a team who can use their own initiative.
