Looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking experienced Sous Chef to join our Clients busy and vibrant team within their state-of-the art kitchen. A senior level position where you and the team serve up to 150 covers on a busy evening. Your main duties will include:
Running the kitchen when the head chef is away.
Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Managing food purchase and storage.
Training and maintaining high level of team knowledge and skill.
Meet and exceed company Food GP budget.
