HRGO are currently recruiting for a Sous chef, to work in a beautiful 'gastro style near Lydd.
With an exciting, locally sourced menu, the sous chef will assist the head chef in the Kitchen.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative chef, who takes pride in presenting food well, as well as paying close attention to flavours and the quality of the dish being presented to a customer. There is a large fish section on the menu, being close to the sea, so experience and confidence in cooking seafood is essential.
Hours of work will vary but applicants must be flexible and willing to work evenings and or weekends.
There is also potential for this role to become permanent for the right applicant.
