HRGO are looking for a Software Implementation Manager for a 6-12 month contract position based in central East London to join a leading financial company, E14. Supporting and supplying workforce management solutions to their clients. Experience within software implementation for time sheets and payroll would be a benefit. The role of the Implementation Manager is to take responsibility for the management, delivery and implementation of multiple software/systems and being involved in all aspects of the associated projects management. Responsibilities * Direct Management of the implementation function * Execution of implementation/projects on time, cost and quality, delivering and meeting expectations of the customers, sponsors and stakeholders. * Effectively planning and resourcing all implementations/projects. * Management of Risk, Issues and Action logs * Review and management of a Delivery Transformation initiative, ensuring continuous improvement. * Address project issues * Be client focused to exceed client expectations Requirements * Experience as a Programme Manager, Implementation Manager * Experience with Software solutions, Prince 2, Web Software delivery * Experience with Project Serve * Ability to work in a fast and demanding environment * Ability to train & develop junior staff as required * Ideally a degree equivalent or a qualification in an IT or project management discipline * Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
