HR GO are looking for Qualified & Experienced hands on Site Manager to over see the daily running's of a Refurbishment Project of a Production Factory in Enfield. Please note this is site holds high restrictions and access on site will only be permitted once a day until finish.
Hours of Work: Between 7.30AM - 5.00PM Monday - Friday however you may need to be flexible towards weekends. weekends. You will also be only granted access once per day so are required to stay on site until finish.
Duration: 9 - 11 months
Duties:
*Deliver a smooth programme of works of a Production Factory in a Live environment
*Over seeing & Managing Roofing, Scaffolding & Netting Sub Contractors
*Liaise with client / chairing Project meetings
*Adhering to Health & Safety & work closely with the Clients Health & Safey team
*Site Inductions
*Clear & accurate reporting to Contracts Manger & Construction team
*Compilation of Method statements and risk assessments
Pay Rate: £NEG dependant on experience (£25+ per hour)
Qualifications / Tickets & Requirements: Refurb experience (similar working environment is preferable), experience in a live environment, CSCS Managers card, SMSTS, First Aid & provide 2 work related references.
