Job Description

Site Manager - Refurb / Fit out

HR GO are looking for Qualified & Experienced hands on Site Manager to over see and successfully deliver a Fit out Project in Leeds.

Duration: 6 months work.

Duties:
*Deliver a smooth refurbish & fit out project.
*Over seeing & Managing Sub Contractors
*Liaise with client / chairing Project meetings
*Adhering to Health & Safety & work closely with the Clients Health & Safety team
*Site Inductions
*Clear & accurate reporting to Contracts Manger & Construction team
*Compilation of Method statements and risk assessments


Pay Rate: £NEG Qualifications / Tickets & Requirements: Fit out experience (similar working environment is preferable), experience in a live environment, CSCS Managers card, SMSTS, First Aid & provide 2 work related references.
