Their showroom showcases intricate attention-to-detail and a commitment to craftsmanship, established over the years since the company was founded. As part of their continued growth, they have a requirement for a Showroom Host / Sales Administrator based at their site in London. This role will require a mix of showroom hosting to assisting with the day to day running of their operations department in providing high quality administration support to their Sales Executives. You will organise, schedule and manage RFL renewals, V5 updates, and insurance cover. Tax and invoice on used cars and raise purchase orders for maintenance work required. You will liaise with customers and deal with their enquiries as well as inputting stock details on the group's computer system Skills Required: * Previous administration experience in car sales * Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word * Kerridge /ADP experience * Confident communication skills * Professional telephone manner * Strong organisational skills * Ability to work successfully as a team player * Ability to manage your own workload * Helpful and customer focused approach to work * A thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy Salary Between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm plus one late night per week until 6.30 pm May be required to work on a Saturday during busy periods.
