Our client is a family run business and is the largest independent coal merchant in East Midlands who are seeking a full time Administrator/Show Room Assistant to join their team and busy sales office in Northamptonshire.
Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
Printing of delivery tickets and loading them onto system for delivery.
Liaise with customer's face to face
Basic cash reconciliation
Advise customers of pricing and current discounts
Resolve customer complaints & queries
Filing, e-mailing and any other basic admin duties deemed necessary to the smooth running of K G Smith
Loading of customers vehicles up to 25kg, so must be physically fit.
The Ideal Candidate;
The ideal candidate will have some experience in similar based roles. You will have excellent communication skills and be IT literate. You will be a fast learner and able to learn bespoke CRM Systems required for the role. You will be a team player and be able to work independently.
