Shift Supervisor - Warehouse

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor (Afters) to work in a busy distribution warehouse based in Thorne.

Requirements:

  • Managerial skills to coordinate activities
  • Leadership skills to carry everyone along
  • Motivational skills to encourage workers to achieve more
  • Communication skills to avoid misunderstanding of instructions

Duties:

  • Responsibility for the rest of the team
  • Coordinating and managing daily workload
  • Supervising and administrating the loading and unloading process

Work pattern and pay rates:

  • Monday to Friday 1400 - 2200
  • Salary will be based on your previous experience
  • Position will be permanent for the right candidate
