Shift Managers - Aircraft Interiors
Experienced leaders with excellent organisational and people management skills required to oversee this busy maintenance and upgrade team working in an aircraft interiors environment. Utilising your aviation maintenance experience, you will ensure that the team works efficiently to meet all compliance, regulatory, and budgetary targets, whilst continuing to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Key tasks include:
Ensuring completion of all scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasks within a shift.
Resource allocation.
Supervision, mentorship and performance management
Sub-contractor management
Identification and implementation of improvement strategies
Maintaining effective communications through daily briefings, operational reports and accurate record keeping
Functioning as an effective link between the operations manager, supervisors, sub-contractors, customers etc
Ensuring team development through identification of training needs and ongoing learning opportunities
Maintaining personal operational currency through continual update of your own technical knowledge and skills.
The successful candidate will have a solid background managing effective teams, with an appropriate technical qualification to complement their aircraft interiors experience. Ideally you will have part 21G and part 145 experience. You will be committed to the concept of lifelong learning and continual improvement. Full job description on application.
