MEDICAL SERVICE MANAGER Service Manager with CAPITAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Service Manager to work for a leading Medical Device company (A UK leader in medical healthcare ophthalmic ,optometry, diagnostics medical devices). This established company is a world manufacturing, design, distribution leader and is looking to take on a Service Manager to maintain high levels of innovation and excellence. To manage the Service Department, service contract business, breakdowns and repair provision for all customers covering all products and services supplied and installed by the Company. The Service Manager will also integrate strategies and will lead efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities for the Service Division.

Key responsibilities will include providing support and leadership to the Service Team, delivering growth through excellent service delivery, ensuring monthly delivered revenue targets are met, meeting new business targets and key performance indicators and ensuring there is prompt and efficient coverage for breakdown and service contracts.

• Ensure product knowledge, and all Service Engineers and coordinators maintain technical expertise.

They are looking for an experienced engineer with strong management/leadership skills. You must have good data analytical, reporting, business development and strategic skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities. You must have excellent IT/technical skills.

This position is based in Harlow Essex and there is also a need to travel within the UK.
