As a Service Manager you will ensure the team is always giving the highest level of customer service. Main duties: * Manage team on Service Advisers, workshop controllers, technicians and drivers * Deliver exceptional customer service at all times * Being responsible for all vehicles directly under your control * Ensure Service department achieves budget objectives * Other ad-hoc duties The person: * Previous Service Manager automotive industry experience is essential * Must be a team player * Able to follow instruction * Intermediate IT Skills (esp. Word/Outlook) Salary: * The basic salary is circa £30,000, with an OTE £45,000 per annum * Monday - Friday, 42.5 hour week * Some Saturdays will be required
