Service Driver- Collections and delivery -Leatherhead -Surrey

£10.42 per hour to start ASAP - temporary to start ASAP

Working Monday to Friday 7.30am -4.00pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Drivers with at least 4 years' recent experience as a Driver and with a good geographical knowledge of the Surrey and the surrounding home counties. You will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills . As a Collection and Delivery Driver your role will be to collect customers vehicles and deliver them to back to the company for repair work to be carried out and then delivering the vehicle back to the customer. As well as have the driving skills you will providing a first-class service every time as you are the representative of the company. You will also need to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and dealing with any payments and receipts.

Service Driver / Collections and Delivery Driver Duties:

To collect and deliver customer vehicles from their place of work and home, engaging in conversation, building rapport and being aware of the customer's schedule.

To ensure that customers' vehicles and property are kept safe, secure, and undamaged, whilst in your care

To inspect customer vehicles and record any damage or problems found at point of collection.

To advise team of any work required but not requested by the customer at the time of the appointment.

Completing all the necessary paperwork in relation to the vehicle

To inform customer of cost estimates of any requested work if required
