Service Desk Administrator- Leading Company based in Borehamwood/ Elstree

£22k-£25k dependant on experience

Our client based in Elstree with parking on site are looking for an experienced and organised Service Desk Administrator to join their friendly team working alongside four Planners providing full administrative support, being the first point of contact. The company need a candidate who can keep up with a fast-paced environment and change throughout the day. Through effective liaison with customers and engineers, you'll provide a positive customer service experience for all users of the service desk, resulting in the provision of appropriate inspections schedules. You will need to have at least 2- 3 years office administration experience with excellent customer service skills coupled with being computer literate. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a growing & established employer for Service Desk Administrator to join their team due to growth.

Overall, Purpose of Job

  • Log calls from our customers as efficiently as possible
  • Ensure portals are kept up to date to reflect accurate reporting

Service Desk Administrator /Scheduling Administrator Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for completing emails in the inbox
  • Review all open calls and monitor SLA's
  • Ensure thorough communication with Regional Co-ordinators to ensure SLA's at met
  • Update individual portals with Eta's for open calls
  • Complete and send the morning and afternoon reports
  • Complete and send the monthly reports
  • Complete and send weekly KPI reports to BP
  • Maintain live open call report for individual customers
  • Close down Subcontractor work
  • Assist the Regional Co-ordinator's on duties where required
  • Work weekends where required
  • Raise and monitor calls out, keeping customers updated on progress
  • Raise quotes and purchase orders for work
  • Scheduling customer site visits
  • Ensure job booking/updates are communicated clearly to all parties
  • Logging all job updated in the system,

Service Desk Administrator Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years Office Administration experience with excellent computer skills coupled with a stable and proven word history
  • Computer literate
  • Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated and focused
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Enjoys a project and finishing it through to the end.
  • Driven and motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Adaptable on taking on tasks out of their set role.
  • High level of data input
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
