Service Desk Administrator- Leading Company based in Borehamwood/ Elstree
£22k-£25k dependant on experience
Our client based in Elstree with parking on site are looking for an experienced and organised Service Desk Administrator to join their friendly team working alongside four Planners providing full administrative support, being the first point of contact. The company need a candidate who can keep up with a fast-paced environment and change throughout the day. Through effective liaison with customers and engineers, you'll provide a positive customer service experience for all users of the service desk, resulting in the provision of appropriate inspections schedules. You will need to have at least 2- 3 years office administration experience with excellent customer service skills coupled with being computer literate. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a growing & established employer for Service Desk Administrator to join their team due to growth.
