HR GO Ashford are proudly assisting a prestigious car dealership with their search for a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor you will always aim to give the highest level of customer service. Main duties: * Meeting customers in a friendly and professional manner in order to solve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible * Hand over loan vehicles to customers * Being responsible for all vehicles directly under your control * Producing and processing quotes for customers as well as ensuring that technicians carry out all required work on the vehicle * Invoicing for small jobs (servicing, oil changes and MOTs) * Ensure manufactures warranty policies and procedures are strictly adhered to * Other ad-hoc duties as and when requested by your line manager The person: * Previous automotive industry experience is essential * Must be a team player * Able to follow instruction * Intermediate IT Skills (esp. Word/Outlook) Salary: * The basic salary is £22,500 OTE £30,000 per annum, based on a 42.5-hour week. * Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm but we have an early start at 7am and late finish until 6pm rota. * 1 in 4 Saturdays
