You will be joining this brand-new boutique store, which opened within Harrods in September. Reporting into the Manager, this will be a small boutique selling very high-end stationary. You must possess previous high-end retail experience.
As part of a team, you will focus on sales productivity, efficiency, and high customer service levels
of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and increase the sales figures of the concession.
* Ensure that customers are acknowledged quickly and offer friendly, courteous and
efficient service.
* Be aware of competitor ranges and price points.
* Be able to confidently close a sale.
* Confident in handling customer enquiries and complaints when required.
Visual Merchandising
* Assist the management team in implementing visual merchandising changes within
the boutique.
* Maintain a high level of store housekeeping.
