A vacancy has arisen for a senior quantity surveyor to look after a refurbishment account. You will be required to consult with the estimator regarding the costings gathered. Confirm budgets and set up a Cost Value Report which you must keep updated, ideally weekly. Reporting direct to the managing director you will be expected to attend regular meetings to keep them up to date with costings.
