Senior Production Operative Salary Guide: £21,500 pa Harlow Permanent, free on-site car parking An exciting opportunity to join a leading, established medical instrumentation design and manufacturer. We are looking to recruit a Senior Production Operative. The Senior Production Operative will support the Assembly Production Manager and Team Leaders to achieve the weekly / monthly production plans and help to ensure the efficient operation of the department. The key tasks will include the checking of picked orders from Stores in line with Company procedures before commencement of manufacture, ensuring production is set up in accordance to assembly procedures, ensuring first off checks have been completed, process daily scrap and rejects and working with the Team Leader to update computerised data capture systems. Core Competencies: * Communication skills, Teamwork, Flexibility. * Knowledge of automated machinery, ultrasonic welders and ink jet printers - beneficial. * Problem solving skills. * Planning and organising. * Basic IT skills. * Leadership ability.
