HR GO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Patient Liaison Assistant to join one of their prestigious Clients in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity, to join a very reputable organisation, for a temporary assignment of 5 months. To apply for this position you will have worked within a similar role. Key responsibilities include: * Planning of transport schedules for future dates * Responsible for the control of transport services resources, including voluntary drivers for the current day and re-arranging schedules where necessary * Input transport requests on to in-house computer system * Manages resources * Assist drivers with any problems or queries they may have, and liaise with the Operations Resource Coordinator * Print and circulate planned schedules each day for the relevant resources to ensure the appropriate resources receive the work * Keeps records of all arrival and departure times * Deal with enquiries / complaints concerning transportation * Assist in the monitoring analysis of the service level agreement and liaise with the Customer Service Manager in providing a focused and reliable service * A working knowledge of the service level agreements * Undertaking 'front of house' responsibilities * Assist the Services Quality and Complaints Manager as appropriate * ISO 9001 / 2000 - Ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with this standard * Undertake the training of new staff * Manage leave requests and absence To be considered for this position you will require a valid Enhanced DBS.
