Senior Operations Executive

Our client is a dynamic global events company who deliver a portfolio of B2B live events and are looking for a Senior Operations Executive. This is an exciting role to work across delivering Conferences, exhibitions, and digital events. You will work with the MD on a strategic level to forward plan and ensure a smooth delivery of their events.

You will manage the operational delivery on a number of events in the UK and worldwide so must be able to travel. Manage event operations budgets, future planning & forecasting in line with budget expectations. Knowledge and understanding of venue contract and term and conditions. Liaise with the event team including production, marketing, sales, and finance to ensure maximum awareness of all event elements. Production and timely communication of correct and detailed technical information. Design and manage floor plans. Work alongside the event teams to deliver virtual events supporting and platform set up, speaker liaison, design features and live stream co-ordination. Digital events exp would be beneficial.
