Senior Tooling Manager

Senior strategic technical management role at this global manufacturing company. You will take full responsibility for the management and oversight of the tooling and tool-shops across the world (UK, US & Germany), standardising procedures, processes and equipment and measuring, controlling and improving efficiency's with a view to bringing the tool shops to best in world status.

The role involves strategic and significant budget responsibility and new technology investment and will likely involve overseas travel once a month when current restrictions allow again.

You will need significant experience in managing tooling manufacture and project management in a precision injection mould environment, ideally for a large organisation and have an understanding of leading teams internationally. Elastomers/rubbers experience will be a distinct advantage.
