SENIOR HR MANAGER & ASSISTANT HR MANAGER - Swindon, Wiltshire

Our Client is recruiting for a Senior & Assistant HR Manager who will both be responsible for leading and supporting the co-ordination and delivery of a number of workforce projects in line with Company objectives.

Work with the Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Managers on leading the design, development, planning and implementation of service changes.

Provide the technical expertise and guidance to lead change management and TUPE programmes.

Essential Requirements

• CIPD Qualified / Studying towards
• A Senior HR professional with substantial experience of working at a senior level in a large, complex, multi-sited organisation whether Private or Public Sector.
• Sound employee relations practitioner providing relevant policy and legislative advice to manage complex Employee Relations cases.
• Experience planning, coordinating and executing HR projects.
• To assist in promoting a positive learning and personal development culture.
• Up to date knowledge of HR Best Practice
• Experience of coaching and training managers in HR issues
