Senior CDP Our client in Cuckfield seeks an ambitious and capable Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role with an enthusiasm for fresh cooking and a good work ethic. The Role * Reporting to and supporting the Head and Sous Chef * Running and managing the Kitchen & Pass in their absence on lunch & dinner service as well as our 60-seater function room * Menu ideas and development * Preparing meals for the restaurant, bar and private parties The Person * Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills * Have experience of working in a high-quality restaurant/pub environment * Highly motivated and focused. Positive can-do attitude * Steady Career History Our client serves and cooks fresh food only and provides over 2000 covers per month. The weekly rota will be a combination of straight and split shifts based on a 5 out of 7 days. Included with the salary is a share of the tips and full holiday entitlement.
