HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit Hospital Security Officer in Oxford for one of our well established clients.

Pay : £11.00ph paid weekly

Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Duration: Temp/Perm for the right candidate

Location: Oxford

You will be subject to DBS - Criminal record checks due to the nature of the job. We can apply DBS checks for you at cost of £27.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

▪ To patrol the interior and exterior of buildings/offices and perimeter.

▪ To carry out external safety tours

▪ To control access to site and designated buildings to permit only authorised personnel to enter.

▪ To detect, and if possible prevent, forcible or surreptitious entry to sites/buildings by those without authority and deter and detect vandalism.

▪ To carry out checks on the car park twice daily (day shift only)

▪ To assist the cashier with daily duty of emptying the car parking machines

▪ To carry out daily checks on the car parking machines (ensure that there are tickets loaded and working correctly)

Skills and Knowledge required: ▪ Good communication skills ▪ IT literate ▪ Customer focused approach ▪ Able to work on own initiative ▪ Must be willing to undergo extended security clearance ● Hold a current SIA licence, or willingness to be trained ▪ Full, clean driving licence preferable
