HRGO are recruiting for a School Caretaker in

Royal Basset Academy - post code for the location is - SN4 7HG

Working hours for this role will be on a rotating shift basis - 6.00am to 2.00pm one week, and 2.00pm to 10pm the following week - Monday to Friday

Pay: £15.00ph

You will be the main key holder and responsible for opening and closing the school.

We are looking for someone who is an all-rounder, who will be happy to ensure the upkeep of the school

You will work alongside the service manager to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed in a timely manner and within budget

General duties are:

Carry out grounds and gardens audit.

Be proactive in litter picking and assist cleaning teams as required.

Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day maintenance delivery to site's allocated.

To be responsible for all visitors/contractors whilst under the management of our client.

Ensure the safe custody of keys, fobs and access cards as entrusted.

Good working knowledge of maintenance activities

For this role you will need to have an Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within last 3 months or to be on the update service. We can apply for DBS on your behalf but there will be a charge for this- £56.
