You will be responsible for the following in your day to day role for carrying out the tasks undertaken by the UK sales co-ordinators to a high standard, leading your team by example, this includes:

• Liaising with current customers on a daily basis to confirm requirements

• Ensuring sage is kept up to date with customer pricing

• Resolving any customer issues

You will also be expected to:

• Competently delegate and co-ordinate effectively between other departments in the business to ensure the smooth running of the UK Sales department.

• Liaise between the Commercial Manager and the team.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and understand their requirements to increase sales.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by team.

• Be the lead point of contact for UK sales accounts

• Be fully accountable for the UK sales department in the Commercial Manager's absence.

• Ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Good telephone manner

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9AM- 5PM, Friday 9AM - 4PM
