Up to £24000 per annum

Job Title: Sales and Service Coordinator

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Sales and Service Coordinator to join my client in their expanding subsidiary. This is an existing roll and is one that can be developed to suit the individual and business requirement.

The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for daily order processing, credit control, stock control and administrative duties with an office environment. This will also include the manual handling and logistic aspect of dealing with goods. The candidate will also be responsible goods inwards and outwards ledger and is also required to understand the product.

1 - Order processing and administration

* Setting up new customer accounts
* Processing of all incoming equipment orders
* Sending customer acknowledgements
* Progressing deliveries
* Issuing of the invoice for repairs, loans and service visits
* Packing and dispatch of all customer orders from stock
* Sending goods back for credit and progressing credit notes
* Dealing with Warranty claims
* Coordinate technical installation with technical team and deliveries

2 - Technical Assistance

* Compiling recommended spares list for equipment installed
* Compiling quotations for service call outs with spare parts requirement
* Liaisons with Field engineers and customers to co ordinate service calls, installations
* Liaisons with Field engineers to deal with warranty issues and missing parts
* Liaisons with field engineers to co ordinate spare parts
* Sending out information pack to engineers for each installation
* Sending out of training certificates
* Quote and organise service contracts
* Keep accurate records of service contracts

3 - Sales and service support

* Assist sales with campaigns to generating and sending out mail shots
* Maintain brochures to the latest standard
* Do quotes generated by Sales Managers

4 - Stock control

* Keep Stock level according to Sage pre-set levels
* Keep records of trial equipment
* Organisation of stock room (Labelling and general tidiness)
* Manual handling and packing of stock and goods

5 - General Administration

* Answering incoming calls
* Dealing with customer queries ( Manuals / routing of calls to service or sales)
* Building ground management administration Procedures and record keeping)
* Supply documentation to bookkeeping Service
