Senior Sales Executive This position reports into the Managing Director and the purpose of the role is to: Ensure that there is maximum conversion from existing customers, incoming sales enquiries, and proactive activities that generate enquiries and sales from new and untapped markets. Manage the sales team to ensure they are delivering and exceeding against targets. Provide management support to and development of the developing sales individuals within the team. Responsible for the scheduling of all external sales events. The successful applicant will have:- * 3-5 years sales experience * Demonstrable success of achieving and exceeding sales targets * Experience of people management * Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills * A willingness to work outside of normal office hours in support of promotional events.
