HR GO Recruitment are proud to be assisting a well-known company in Ashford iin their search for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager. You will be part of a small, dedicated team, who's focus is on sales growth, so this is a great opportunity to be a key part of a winning team.

Main duties include:
Perform general sales functions including lead generation, preparing customer quotations, liaising with suppliers, building and maintaining relationships
Help maintain maximum profitability and continued sales growth
Update and maintain company CRM
Develop new business with existing customers and identify and close new customers
Candidate Profile:
Must have sound working knowledge of pressure and temperature measurement, pressure and temperature instrumentation and associated applications
Proven sales background in business to business sales, ideally selling technical products into the process industry
Experienced, tenacious and enthusiastic sales negotiator/converter with excellent telephone manner and communication skills
This role will be office based, with regular travel throughout the UK and overseas. Company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
