Sales Executive

Sales Executive Role profile: Superb opportunity for experienced Sales Executive to work with a bespoke Lighting and Furniture company based in South West London, who design and make luxury lighting, furniture and hardware for the world's most beautiful interior spaces. Combining traditional and cutting‐edge techniques with design and British craft is ingrained in everything they create. From bespoke collection pieces to large‐scale commercial projects this company design and manufacture high end pieces for the luxury market. In this role you will be dealing with a wide range of clients mainly comprising architects and interior designers. The ideal candidate must possess gravitas and sales experience either gained within design or lighting industries. Sales Executive Requirements: To acquire, build and manage new and existing client relationships with a focus on selling and upselling through understanding the unique manufacturing capabilities of products and services. Working from one of their West London showrooms, you will be dealing with a wide range of clients, mainly interior designers and architects, interpreting their needs and managing each order from start to finish. Excellent service is paramount to this role and you will need to build and maintain relationships with key influencers in this industry, whilst looking for new projects to keep the company's order book full. * Create profitable business opportunities for the company through generating, managing and closing sales enquiries. * Regularly communicate and maintain relationships with prospects and clients via phone, email and visits. * Ensure all sales orders contain all the required information to satisfy client requirements and all technical details to ensure smooth transition through the manufacturing process. * Actively promote and carry out client meetings. * Continually assess the market providing detailed information of latest trends in products and finishes. * When required provide additional Showroom cover, this may include occasional Saturdays. * Accurately maintain client information, proposals, sales pipeline and outcomes in line with company KPI's and expectations. * Identify new potential clients and strategically approach, develop and convert into new accounts. Salary and working hours: 9:30am - 6pm, Mon- Fri, (occasional Saturday cover if needed) £30k plus uncapped commission We endeavour to respond to all applications; however, due to the large volume this isn't always possible.
