Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: £22,500 P/A with OTE £28,000 P/A on Target Earnings)

Due to growth and success, we are currently looking for several enthusiastic well driven individuals to work for a well establish Construction Consultancy Company, who are currently in the process of relocation to a new office space and are looking to expand.

The ideal candidate will have previous business development or sales experience. If specifically, within telesales, telemarketing or experience selling B2B subscription products would be a bonus.

• Research

• Lead Generation (Inbound / Outbound)

• Data Management

• Proactive outreach

• Referrals

• You will be a passionate individual who has the ability to change a customer's way of thinking

• You will be articulate, with excellent communication skills, telephone manner and ability to build rapport fast.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills to successfully plan and co-ordinate a high number of activities, with excellent time management, prioritisation and the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail and data management skills

• Self-motivated, creative and confident in supporting campaigns and using social media

• Tenacious, highly energised, passionate and committed, determined to achieve amazing results and make an impact, delivering to high standards and delighting customers
