Location: Wakefield

The successful candidate will have:

• Be able to manage a diverse workforce in pressured environments.
• Own a full valid driving license.
• Assist the Sales Manager in the day to day running of the Sales department.
• Ensure that administrative duties are carried out accurately and effectively to ensure smooth daily processes.
• Experience of working on automotive management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to drive business and improve standards.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Meet and Exceed KPI's.

45 hours between Monday - Sunday on a rota basis.

For your first 2 days in the business, you'll be attending a residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about the business before you start your new role.
