Our client based in Thorne (FREE TRANSPORT provided from Doncaster city centre) are looking for customer service operatives to join their rapidly expanding team.

Duties/expectations: -

• Contacting existing customers
• Up-selling pre-paid agreements
• Handling inbound enquires from customers and identifying opportunities to cross sell value added products
• You MUST have excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
• Be resilient and able to overcome objections

Hours/Holidays: -

• 8:30am till 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturday - 9am till 12:30pm
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holiday

There may be a requirement to work additional hours as and when needed.
