HRGO Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our clients growing team as a Sales Advisor. You will be required to quote and sell taxi insurance policies, whilst maintaining exceptional quality and complying with FCA and TCF guidelines, within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities and accountability's:

• Quote and sell insurance policies to new and existing customers, predominantly over the phone, following the company sales procedure.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets as set by the business while complying with FCA and TCF rules and guidelines
• Work to deadlines and manage workload both within the team and individually.
• Utilise excellent communication skills to work with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Essential Requirements:

• Dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion and flair for sales
• A positive outlook and a clear focus on both high quality and business profit
• Ambitious, responsible and accountable
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick thinking while still following set guidelines.
