HR GO Recruitment are proudly assisting a local, family business in the Ashford area in their search for an Administrator. This company having been trading for over 40 years and are incredibly passionate about the products they deliver to their customers. Your role as an administrator will encompass a variety of tasks as well as dealing with high net worth clients on a regular basis. Main duties: * Dealing with customer and supplier queries * Creating positive relationships with customers and suppliers * Working closely with direct salesman * Organising calendars and booking in meetings for other staff * Working closely with the accounts department * Organising electronic stock levels and data entry * Using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher & PDF editors * Creating marketing & advertising materials for trade shows * Using of SAGE 50 to log and process orders The ideal candidate: * Must have 3+ years of administration experience to be considered for this position * Experience of SAGE would be advantageous * Intermediate IT knowledge (esp.
