Main Duties and Responsibilities for this role will be: 1)Confident and organised telephone call handling. 2)Identify and assess customer's needs to ensure enquires are dealt with in timely manner to achieve satisfaction. 3)Build sustainable relationships with colleagues and customers. 4)Problem solving and escalating issues when needed. 5)Keep records of customer interactions and file quotation / order documentation. 6)Log and update customers complains with a through audit trail. Resolve to suitable business and customer satisfaction. Preferred-Min 3 years customer service experience. Preferred-Experience in sales processing.
