Are you good on the telephone with customers? Do you have previous customer service / sales administration experience? If so, then please read on, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. This is a key role within our clients organisation, so you will need to demonstrate that you have a proven background in this area, providing a strong all round professional customer experience from placement of order through to completion. You will be able to build upon customer relationships, being able to identify clients needs and processing these orders accurately. Good attention to detail is needed as you will be required to enter this information onto the in-house database. You will liaise with clients regarding any queries they have strive to resolve any issues as they arrive. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
