Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: West Bromwich

Salary: £16,000 to £17,490

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Are you a proactive and driven Sales Coordinator that is looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity within a reputable company in the Tipton area that is looking for you!

Duties Include but are not limited to:
*Answering inbound calls from customers
*Update a CRM system
*Monitor emails.
*Handle enquiries & orders from customers
*Process sales orders
*Inform customers on delays or any problems with the orders
*Work closely with the Sales Manager
*Conduct sales operations when required
*Gather information from customers on calls
*Visit customers with the support of the sales manager when required
*Be aware of the stock & materials supplies
*Keep in regular touch with the Warehouse department

Skills/Experience Required:
*Good on the phones - confident with speaking to clients, well spoken
*Hard Working
*Ability to multi-task
*Good organisation skills
*Computer literate including all standard Microsoft Office programs
*Works at a fast pace and is focused
