We are recruiting a Sales Account Executive for our client a global organiser of trade shows and conferences across different sectors is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Account Executive ideally with events experience to work in events including large tradeshows and conferences. Experience of reporting client results, you will have excellent relationship building skills that help build trust and rapport and building effective working relationships and networks at all levels and able to deal with senior stakeholders (client side and internal).

JOB PURPOSE
To deliver an outstanding client experience for the portfolio accounts and strategic partners - ensuring that client contracts deliver increasing ROI and improved satisfaction every year, and indirectly driving revenue retention and account growth.
To build credible, trusting relationships with a multitude of client stakeholders at various levels and in various functions.
To ensure that the fulfilment of event sponsorship operates swiftly and simply.
To ensure that all stakeholders and tasks (client side and internal) are expertly co-ordinated.
To drive continuous improvement in the client experience and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans for sponsorship fulfilment and individual client projects.
Clear, transparent, and timely execution of contracted sponsorship deliverables.
Working with stakeholders on the client-side and internally across Content, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Finance departments.
Manage work across time-zones.
Supporting and delivering a range of digital projects, such as webinars, emails, and web advertising.
Assist with managing the sponsorship inventory across events, working closely with the sales team.
Understanding and updating sponsorship budgets when necessary and with support from Senior Client Engagement Manager.
Client relationship management and account growth.
Continually strengthen the reputation of our brand and our company.
Develop business relationships with a plethora of client stakeholders, across business functions and geographies.
Input in the development of event marketing solutions that are developed by the Key Account Directors and Event Directors.
Input in the development of client reports that demonstrate the value of Bett and solution success and ROI.
