Reward and HR Data Analyst HRGO are looking for an interim Human Resource person to cover a 3 month contract for a prestigious NHS training college in London. The role is to over see all activity in regards to pay and rewards and HR data analyst. You will be required to conduct management information, project work, objectives and operation plans. Main duties * Manager the day to day provision of pay and rewards. * Seeing through the implementations of GPP scheme provider and Salary sacrifice options from 1st April. * Working closely with brokers of Group Income protections and life insurance. * Working closely with the finance department. * Support the Employee Engagement and HR Operations team. * Provide advise to customers and stakeholders. * Review and update pay and reward policies. Requirements * Level 7 Qualification in HR Management or equivalent. * Experience in data reporting and analytic. * Strong knowledge of pay and benefits. * Able to identify and successfully implement pay and reward policies. * Experience in running job evaluation schemes. * Experience in running occupational pension schemes. * Producing, analysing and presenting data.
