We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Manager looking to join a iconic state of the art brand who specialise in demonstrates cutting-edge innovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the highest standards of service in an extremely fast-moving environment. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and contributing, supporting and managing our core commercials teams: brand partnerships, marketing and retail sales. You do not necessarily need to come from a Health and fitness background, but a passion/interest in Health and fitness is highly desirable.

Retail Sales Manager objectives of this role

  • Contributing to key commercial teams' performance and overall company performance
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth and meet annual targets in store conversion rates and revenues
  • Set strategic goals for commercial teams' efficiency and increased productivity
  • Work with leadership team in development of financial and budgetary plans
  • Analyse current sales pitch, processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
  • Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Daily and Monthly

Retail Sales Manager responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day sales teams and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives thereby optimising in-store conversion rates and revenues
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
  • Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

The ideal Retail Sales Manager will be able to motivate and inspire the team while driving performance, excellent customer service, immaculate personal and staff presentation, and effective teamwork at all times.
