The Role... Working alongside the Assistant Restaurant Manager ensuring a smooth running of the restaurant and bar. To take lead when the Assistant Manager is off. Leading team briefings before each shift to set out who will be doing what and expectations of the shifts ahead. Meeting and greeting guests and hosting group bookings/parties. Leading by example and motivating your team. Resolving any issues that may arise on shift and dealing with complaints that come in. Exceeding customer expectations and ensuring they have a positive experience.
