HR GO are helping recruit for a privately owned Technical Engineering recruitment company, who have specialised in the Energy and Petro-Chemical sectors for 25+ years and our team has a combined 50+ years of industry knowledge and experience.

The Role...

· You will be working closely with our experienced Team Leads and identifying and interviewing candidates found via our industry-leading software (Daxtra) and also Linked In Recruiter.

· Advertising roles and management of response.

· Candidate telephone interviewing. Preparation of CVs for client submission

· Arranging interviews.

· Admin support with onboarding contractors.

· Timesheet entry and payroll queries.

· Right to work verification.

· Supporting consultants with full compliance on our profile CRM.

· Holiday cover support for consultants.

Your background...

· You will be passionate about people.

· Some recruitment or sales environment experience preferred but not essential.

· Some knowledge of Linkedin is preferred.

· You will like working as part of a team - taking a lead on some tasks and being directed on others.

· Exceptional interpersonal/ communication skills.

· Ability to prioritise workload, showing initiative when needed.

· Able to work autonomously and in a team with effective prioritisation and multi-tasking

· Engaging character who is honest, hard-working, concise, confident, and ambitious to want to develop and grow your role.

· Meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent computer literacy.
